The Bonds will be sold through Scheduled Commercial banks, except Small Finance Banks and Payment Banks, Stock Holding Corporation of India Limited, Clearing Corporation of India Limited, designated post offices, National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE.

The sovereign gold bond scheme for 2018-19 will open for subscription from October 15, running up to five tranches till February, said the Reserve Bank statement, adding that the Sovereign Gold Bonds will be issued every month from October 2018 to February 2019 as per the calendar specified.
