Godrej Properties secures top bid in GNIDA e-auction for two residential plots, totaling Rs 842 crore. The plots, spanning 17.5 acres in Greater Noida, are set to generate over Rs 5,000 crore in revenue through new residential projects. On the operational front, Godrej Properties said its sales bookings jumped nearly four times to Rs 8,637 crore in the first quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 2,254 crore in the year-ago period.This is the company's highest-ever quarterly sales for the June quarter and its second highest quarterly sales ever.
Godrej Properties did not mention whether it has purchased land outright or tied up with landlords for joint development.
