The risk of Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) increases 5-7 times in children who are addicted to mobile phones. According to a post-pandemic survey, parents of children in urban areas in Maharashtra admitted that children in the age group of 9-13 years are spending more than 3 hours per day on mobile. 46% of these children are using smartphones. Online classes in school are being held responsible for the biggest reason for smartphones reaching children.
