The work to clear the 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC) benefits was on at a fast pace, according to the Tripura deputy chief minister and Finance Minister Jishnu Devvarma, and that revised perks will be implemented soon. He said, "We have commissioned a committee. It shall be done soon". Trotting out some facts, he said that Tripura had the highest rate of government employees proportionate to the states population.
