Supreme Court has pronounced its verdict on EWS quota. The Supreme Court has upheld the provision of 10 percent reservation for the economically weaker sections of the general category. Out of the 5 judge bench, 3 judges have upheld the 103rd Amendment Act 2019 of the Constitution. It is being considered as a big victory of the Modi government in the Supreme Court.
