DOMS Industries, India's second-largest branded stationery player, launches its IPO on December 13 with a price band of Rs 750-790 per share. Targeting Rs 1,200 crore, the issue includes a fresh issue of Rs 350 crore and an offer for sale of up to Rs 850 crore. Proceeds will fund expansion and general corporate purposes.
