Every year around 20,000 people die in the country due to dog bites. Recently, a 11-year-old boy was attacked by a pet Pit Bull dog while he was playing at a park near his house in Ghaziabad. The attack left the boy with nearly 200 stitches across his face. In another such incident, a Zomato delivery guy was attacked and bitten by a pet dog German Shepherd in Mumbai.
