Velumani said that RT-PCR test is intended for use by trained clinical laboratory personnel specifically instructed and trained. During this test, approximately 10% of the people who take test are positive while Rapid Antigen Detection Test (RADT) testing shows only 2% people who take tests are positive. This makes the government also happy, however that 8% cases which are positive cases but falsely told negative, no one is taking responsibility of that or are worried about it.
