Let sale deed be executed on payment of Rs 240 crore out of that firstly the dues of NOIDA are to be cleared. Let the amount of Rs 240 crore be deposited by M/s. Mahagun Real Estate Private Ltd in the Registry of this Court within six weeks from this date and NOIDA shall indicate its dues within 15 days, the top court had said.

In a big relief to thousands of homebuyers left in the lurch by their builders, the Supreme Court has cancelled the registration of real estate major Amrapali group under the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Rera) and lease of its properties granted by Noida and Greater Noida authorities.
Giving a major relief to over 42,000 homebuyers, the Supreme Court on Tuesday directed the National Buildings Construction Corporation Limited (NBCC) to complete the stalled projects of embattled real estate major. The Supreme Court also said that ED should investigate about money laundering and fraud.
