NASA wants to know how you see the planet on Earth Day

NASA is heading to celebrate Earth Day 2019 in a new way. The space agency has launched a new social media event to see how others see the Earth. As part of the #PictureEarth event on April 22, 2019, which marks Earth Day, NASA is inviting everyone to post a close-up photo of their favourite natural features of the planet, such as crashing waves, ancient trees, blooming flowers, or stunning sunsets.
