But there are some ways in which you can easily do the settings and transfer data from the old iPhone to the new iPhone 14. Here we are going to explain the process in easy language.

Restore the recent iCloud backup to your new iPhone

One of the easiest ways to set up your new iPhone is to restore from a recent iCloud backup. While going through the initial setup process, you just simply need to restore from iCloud Backup. For this, sign in using your Apple ID on the new device and then pick the backup from the old device.

It is always advisable to create a new backup if your backup is more than a day or two old. Here's how to do it:

Step 1: Open the Settings app on your old phone.

Step 2: Search iCloud Backup and click the icon.

Step 3: Click the Select Back Up Now.

Once done, you can select the backup to restore all the data. This will restore all your settings and preferences. It will take around 15 minutes to finish the download.
