Does your ongoing call suddenly go mute mid-way? Heres how to fix proximity sensor issue

It has been a very common problem that your call will suddenly go mute, or sometimes even on hold, mid-way. This is quite irritating especially when it is being done unintentionally. This problem is quite common in android phones. Let's tell you the reason behind this problem and how to fix it.

Usually, the proximity sensor should get activated on recognising any physical touch - just like it happens in our smartphones.
