WhatsApp testing Silent Mode, Vacation Mode, Linked Accounts; all details and benefits here
WhatsApp has reportedly started working on three new features -- Vacation Mode, Silent Modes, and Linked Accounts. WhatsApp is testing these through the Google Play Beta Program. WhatsApp has introduced new features like Data Sharing and Group Settings. Though the Silent Mode and Linked Accounts are ready, Vacation Mode is still under development, according to xda-developers.com.

2. Silent Mode feature is exclusive to Android and will help users remove the “App Notifications Badge” for chats that have been muted.
