WhatsApp now lets users set HD-quality media as the default option - Know how to change it

WhatsApp HD Photo: Earlier, WhatsApp users used to manually select HD quality every time they exchanged an image or a video. This feature simplifies the process and saves users time making sure their files and media aren’t inadvertently trampled.

WhatsApp HD Photo: Although the HD feature provides a major upgrade in image fidelity, it is essential to understand that with the HD feature enabled, each video or image will be exchanged in high resolution, hence, WhatsApp users who have limited data plans will have to consider this before using the HD default option.

WhatsApp HD Photo: Users need to tap on WhatsApp settings, click on the storage and data, hit on media upload quality, and then choose HD quality to select HD quality as the default option. We should know that HD media is not available for status updates or profile pictures at present.
