Stay safe! Xiaomi, OnePlus smartphones emit maximum radiation: Check list
The radiation emitted by smartphones and their harmful effects has been debated for long. The German Federal Office for Radiation Protection' s latest report revealed how much rations, in watts per kilogram are being emitted by the smartphones of different brands. The report includes smartphones from the top and popular brands like Xiaomi, OnePlus, Google Pixel, Apple, Samsung. However, four Xiaomi and OnePlus smartphones emit the maximum radiation, according to the report.
With 1.75 watts per kilogram of radiation, Xiaomi Mi A1 emits the maximum amount of radiation. Xiaomi Mi Max 3 emits 1.58 watts per kilogram of radiation and holds the third place on the list. On the other hand, Samsung phones are a lot safer, as they are doing quite well on the chart with the lowest score. Galaxy Note 8 emits 0.17 watts per kilogram of radiation followed by Samsung Galaxy A8 (0.24), Samsung Galaxy S8+ (0.26) and the Samsung Galaxy S9+ (0.29) are among the phones that emit the least radiation.
