OnePlus 7 Pro to Honor 20: Smartphones to watch out for this May
May 2019 promises to be an exciting month for smartphone enthusiasts. With prominent names in the smartphone industry set to launch their latest, this month is bound to be busier. On one side Google is set to release its Google Pixel 3a series on May 7, while OnePlus is coming up with its OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro, unveiling them on May 14. Honor is set to launch its latest Honor 20 series on London. And, Mi too, is expected to introduce a new smartphone in India this month. So, gadget enthusiasts, here is what we know so far about the smartphones that are scheduled to hit the market soon.
Google Pixel 3a, Pixel 3a XL:
Hitting the smartphone market on May 7 is Google's Pixel 3a and Pixel 3a XL. The smartphones have tweaked the interest of many since their features being leaked before its official launch. According to these leaks, the Pixel 3a series is speculated to be priced between $400 to $500. The smartphone will be powered by Snapdragon 670 or Snapdragon 710 processor. The Pixel 3a series is expected to sport a single rear camera likely 12MP and come with an 8MP front camera. The RAM is set to be limted to 4GB as observed in bigger Pixel smartphones. OnePlus 7 Pro and OnePlus 7:
On May 14, the Chinese smartphone company One Plus will unveil two of its latest smartphones: OnePlus 7 Pro and OnePlus 7. The smartphones will have better display, possibly with 90Hz refresh rate and a triple camera and powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor. The One Plus 7 will be marginally similar to One Plus 6T. The OnePlus 7 pro is the smartphone that everyone is looking forward to. Honor 20 and Honor 20 Pro:
Honor will unveil the Honor 20 and Honor 20 Pro on May 21, in London. The Honor 20 will sport a triple camera, while the Pro variant could have a quad-camera. Considering the latest leaks, the Honor 20 could host a periscope like camera with up to 10x zoom and Sony IMX600 sensor. Honor smartphones tend to be priced budget friendly, but the features that the smartphones are incorporating will prove to be a neck and neck competition to other smartphone manufacturers.
