Picture-in-picture mode is a useful tool that lets users manage multiple tasks while being connected during their Google Meet conferences. Users can activate this feature and continue to join in their meetings while steering through other apps or web browsing. Steps to enable the picture-in-picture mode with Google Meet
Step 1 – Tap on More options at the bottom of your screen during the meeting on Google Meet.
Step 2 – Hit on ‘Open picture-in-picture’.

Step 3 - A tiny form of the meeting UI will be shown at the lowermost right of the screen.
Step 4 - Tap at the top of the meeting UI and slog it across the screen to move your picture-in-picture meeting UI.
Hit and drag
Step 5 - Hit and drag an edge of the screen to rescale the picture-in-picture meeting UI.
Step 6 - Now, users can navigate through other windows, apps, and tabs as their picture-in-picture meeting UI moves along with them.
Ways to leave picture-in-picture mode in Google Meet
If not required, users can hit on the Back to tab located at the top right of the small Meet UI to exit the picture-in-picture mode. Once users leave the picture-in-picture mode, they will come back to their meeting tab on Google Meet.
Avoid Maximising Screen
However, they should avoid maximising the screen of any other applications, tabs, and windows while utilizing this tool as it will stow away the picture-in-picture mode.
