iPhone 16 Pro Max: The issue pertains to the touch response delay with several taps on the screen going unregistered. 

iPhone 16 Pro Max: Notably, this glitch is confined to the iPhone 16 Pro and 16 Pro Max models, priced at Rs 1,19,900 and Rs 1,44, 900, respectively. Both models boast a 120Hz ProMotion display. According to a Reddit thread, some users have speculated that the slim bezels of the latest models could potentially be the reason behind this issue. 

iPhone 16 Pro Max: Apple recently launched iOS 18 for the iPhone 16 series and other compatible devices, and this new software version might be the reason behind this issue. It is expected that the tech giant will address the issue in upcoming updates. 

iPhone 16 Pro Max: “If one's skin accidentally touches the area next to the new camera control button first, the whole screen becomes unresponsive until released, except for the home bar”, one user noted. 

iPhone 16 Pro Max: In other developments related to Apple, the Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT-In), under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), raised privacy concerns, issuing a high severity alert concerning Apple products like iOS, iPadOS, and macOS. According to the alert, Apple products are prone to vulnerabilities, allowing attackers can access sensitive information. 

iPhone 16 Pro Max: The Indian watchdog noted that the Cupertino-based tech giant has fixed the issues with the latest software updates. To mitigate the vulnerabilities, users were advised to update their devices with the latest software versions.
