Xiaomi brings back Redmi 4A sale; buying one today will get you free 4G data from Idea

Chinese smartphone-maker Xiaomi will be selling its popular low-end smartphone Xiaomi Redmi 4A on Amazon at 12 pm on Thursday April 27, 2017. 

The phone retails for Rs 5999 and has seen tremendous interest from users from its previous sales. 

Xiaomi said, "The new Redmi 4A is better, faster, and is possibly your best companion for both work and leisure."

Specifications: 

The Xiaomi Redmi 4A comes with a Snapdragon 425 64-but quad-core processor and a 3120mAh battery. 

The phone weighs 131.5 grams as has a matte finish on its exterior. 

Xiaomi said that the phone has a 5" HD display and runs on its latest MIUI 8 operating system built over Google's Android. 

The phone supports 4G VoLTE, is a dual SIM and has a 13 MP rear camera. 

Amazon will also be selling accessories like original Mi cases, Mi basic in-ear earphones with mic for price ranging from Rs 349 to 599. 

Amazon further said that people buying Xiaomi Redmmi 4A from its sale at 12 pm on Thursday will also get 28GB of 4G data from Idea Cellular which includes unlimited calls. 

Apart from this, a Rs 200 credit to buy books on Kindle will also be given to customers buying Redmi 4A.
