What is ShareChat and how to use it?

We all know about WhatsApp Messenger which is the most-downloaded apps worldwide. Now, ShareChat is also becoming India's fastest-growing social media platform in local languages. ShareChat is India's own social media network with more than 100 million users around the country and to support 14 Indian languages. Here you can find awesome content on different topics, make new friends. ShareChat was created by three students of IIT Kanpur.

How to use ShareChat?

First, when you open the ShareChat app you'll see 2 sections "follow feed" and "trending feed", In the following feed you will be able to see the content of only those people you have followed whereas in trending people you can check out the posts which are trending on the whole of ShareChat.

You can also post selfies from the app with lots of filters and customizable stickers. Click on the pencil symbol on the bottom-right then click on the Camera. You will see the Filters and Stickers option below.

If you love to see the Blue Tick on your ShareChat profile (Like Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook). On ShareChat Bluetick is mostly given to celebrities, media houses or to any creator with more than 50K  only. In some cases, Users with a special contribution to ShareChat also can get Blue Tick. If you are eligible to the above criteria, you can mail your account details to (contact@sharechat.co) to request for a Bluetick.
