Vivo is set to add a new smartphone to its Z series, launched in India about two months back, with the introduction of the Z1x on September 6. The new smartphone in the Z series will be launched online and even though the price will be unveiled tomorrow, we can confirm most specs of the device. The Z1x will come with a 4,500mAh battery and the three cameras at the back will include a main 48-megapixel camera, an 8-megapixel wide-angle camera, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. At the front, the Z1x will come with a 32-megapixel selfie camera.

The Vivo Z1x India launch live streaming will be available online via company's YouTube page and social media handles. The smartphone will be sold exclusively on Flipkart. Vivo had confirmed the Z1x launch last week in India as the second smartphone in the Z series. The Vivo Z1Pro was launched in India in July and was a major hit among smartphone buyers.

At least one of the variants of the Z1x will come with 6GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The Z1x price in India will be announced during the launch but it will be another mid-range device which should cost you around Rs 20,000. The Vivo Z1Pro was made available in three separate variants: 4GB + 64GB priced at Rs 14,990, 6GB + 64GB and 6GB + 128GB models priced at Rs 16,990 and Rs 17,990, respectively.

Vivo Z1x features and specs

The Z1x will come with Qualcomm Snapdragon 712 processor, an in-display fingerprint sensor which claims to unlock the phone in 0.48 seconds, waterdrop-shaped notch in the display and a Super AMOLED screen. To recall, the Z1Pro didn't have a SAMOLED screen. The latest offering will feature a 6.38-inch display and storage options will include 64GB and 128GB capacities.

The Z1x packs a 4,500mAh battery which comes with 22.5W FlashCharge technology and promises 3-hours worth of talk-time with just 5 minutes of charging.
