Vivo V17 with 32-megapixel selfie camera, Snapdragon 675 chipset launched in India: Check price, features and offers

Vivo V17, an affordable variant of this year's vivo V17 Pro, has been launched in India. The smartphone was unveiled during a launch event on Monday afternoon and is a re-branded variant of the S1 Pro that was launched in Russia. The vivo V17 comes with a hole-punch display design and an L-shaped quad rear camera setup. It features a 32-megapixel camera on the front and offers features such as a Multi-Turbo mode, Voice Changer, and AR Stickers.

"V17 is the latest addition to our flagship V-series which has been phenomenal for vivo’s success in the Indian market. Centered on innovation and customer-first philosophy, vivo’s V-series has introduced quite a few industry-first features and we continue to bring the best for our customers at best price points," Nipun Marya, Director Brand Strategy, vivo India said.

Vivo V17 price and offers

The vivo V17 price in India has been set at Rs 22,990 for the lone 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant. It comes in two colour options - Midnight Ocean (Black) and Glacier Ice (White). The smartphone will go on sale in India starting December 17 but the pre-bookings are already open. The customers can buy vivo V17 through Amazon, Flipkart, and the official Vivo India e-store. Vivo V17 features and specs

Vivo V17 features a 6.44-inch full-HD+ (1080x2400 pixels) E3 Super AMOLED iView Display that has 20:9 aspect ratio. It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 processor with 8GB RAM. Vivo V17 sports a 48-megapixel primary sensor that has an f/1.8 lens on top. The rear camera setup also has an 8-megapixel secondary sensor with an f/2.2 lens, 2-megapixel tertiary sensor with an f/2.4 lens for bokeh effect, and a 2-megapixel quaternary sensor with an f/2.4 macro lens. The Vivo phone also has a 32-megapixel selfie camera that is backed by an f/2.45 lens.
