Vivo is gearing up to introduce its latest additions to the flagship X series, namely the vivo X100 and X100 Pro. The smartphones will be launched in the Indian market on January 4. The virtual launch is scheduled to take place at noon and enthusiasts can join the unveiling of these highly anticipated smartphones live.

Vivo X100 Pro launch date in India: Expected Price  

The Vivo X100 and Vivo X100 Pro were launched in China last month. They are priced at CNY 4,999 (roughly Rs. 56,500) and CNY 3,999 (roughly Rs. 50,000) respectively.

 In India, the smartphone is available in two RAM and storage variants i.e. 12GB + 256GB and 16GB + 512GB. According to reports, the Vivo X100 is expected to be priced at Rs 63,999 and Rs 69,999 respectively. Similarly, the Vivo X100 Pro may be priced at Rs 89,999 for the higher-end variant.

Vivo X100 Pro launch date in India: Expected Features

The smartphones under the Vivo X100 Series are expected to be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9300 processor based on a 4-nanometer chipset. The smartphone may come with a 6.78-inch curved AMOLED display and is expected to support a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. It may come with a peak brightness of 3,000 nits.

While both these smartphones have several similarities, they are expected to come with different battery capacities. While the Vivo X100 is expected to come with a 5,000mAh battery with 120W fast charging support, the Vivo X100 Pro packs a 5,400mAh unit with 100W charging and 50W wireless charging support.

Both phones will come with a triple rear camera setup. The X100 is expected to come with a 50MP main sensor with a Sony IMX VCS sensor and a 64MP telephoto camera. On the other hand, the Vivo X100 Pro is likely to have a 50MP primary sensor with a Sony IMX989 lens and a 50MP Zeiss lens with support for 4.3x optical zoom.
