UIMI Technologies launches new U8 power bank for Rs 999
Homegrown global brand of power bank UIMI Technologies on Monday launched a new made in India 'UIMI U8' power bank priced at Rs 999.
UIMI U8 power bank comes with battery capacity of 15,600 mAh and can charge users device for four to five times, cited the company in a press release.
It comprises of li-ion battery, stainless steel metallic finish and has ultra sleek and compact design.
The power bank has FitCharge technology, which allows users to simply connect their device to the power bank without the need and effort to switch on the power button.

"With a powerful 15,600 mAh li-ion battery and sleek metallic finish, the new U8 comes with FitCharge technology that does away with the need to switch on the power bank button for charging a device, making it super easy for our customers. With a host of other useful features and an affordable price, we are confident on setting new benchmark of success,” Bingo Technologies marketing manager Abhinaya Pratap Singh, said in a statement.
UIMI U8 is available in two colours namely black and Golden.
Moreover, the power bank provides protection against overheating, short circuit and overcharging; by automatically disconnecting the device on full charge.
Customers can buy UIMI U8 power bank from e-commerce websites like Amazon, Snapdeal, Flipkart, Shopclues, Paytm, among others.
