TRAI issues orders for telecom companies; know how it benefits customers
The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India has issued some new orders for all telecom companies on January 27, 2022.
Telecom Tariff (66th Amendment) Order, 2022: The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has issued some new orders for all telecom companies on January 27, 2022. Under this new order, TRAI has given many such decisions which will give benefit to the customers.

Under TRAI's Telecom Tariff (66th Amendment) Order, 2022, all telecom companies have now been ordered that every company shall keep at least one plan voucher, one special tariff voucher and one combo voucher whose validity will be of full months instead of 28 days.
If the customer wants to recharge these plans again, then they can do so from the date of the existing plan, there should be such a provision.
The authority took this decision after getting frequent complaints from many users. The customers have complaints that telecom companies do not give any recharge option that will valid for a month. Instead of 30 days, they give plans with validity of 28 days.
After the issuance of Telecom Tariff (66th Amendment) Order, 2022, now all the customers of telecom companies will get options of many plans, as well as the option of full 30 days validity in the plans. In this way customers will be able to choose their plans more wisely.
