Samsung Galaxy On8 set to be priced at just Rs 18,000; packs dual rear cameras

Samsung India will launch Galaxy On8 in 4GB/64GB variant with a rear dual camera setup this week in India for nearly Rs 18,000. Galaxy On8 will be available with 6 inch HD+ Super AMOLED display on e-commerce major Flipkart. The Samsung Galaxy On8 runs Android 6.0 and is powered by a 3300mAh non removable battery. It measures 151.70 x 76.00 x 7.80 (height x width x thickness) and weighs 169.00 grams.

The Samsung Galaxy On8 is powered by 1.6GHz octa-core processor and it comes with 3GB of RAM. This would be Samsung`s second online exclusive smartphone in two months.

The device supports dual SIM (GSM and GSM), one Micro-SIM and another Micro-SIM. Sensors on the phone include Proximity sensor, Accelerometer, Ambient light sensor and Gyroscope.

The connectivity options in the smartphone include  Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, FM, 3G, and 4G (with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks in India).
