Price:
Galaxy M10 is priced the lowest of all three. It is priced at Rs 7,990 for 2GB RAM version, and Rs 8,990 for 3GB RAM. Galaxy M20 is priced at Rs 10,990 for 3GB RAM and Rs 12,990 for 4GB RAM variant, whereas M30 is priced at 14,990 for 4GB RAM and Rs 17,990 for 6GB RAM.
Display:
Galaxy M10 has 6.22-inch HD+ display, which runs at a resolution of 720x1520pixels with an aspect ratio of 19:9. The Galaxy M20 comes with a 6.3-inch full HD+ display running at a resolution of 1080x2340pixels.
Both M10 and M20 screens are PLS TFT capacitive ones. Whereas, M30 comes with a 6.4-inch full HD+ AMOLED display running at a resolution of 1080x2280pixels and aspect ratio of 19:9.
Chipset, RAM, storage and battery:
When it comes to battery, Galaxy M10 is powered by an Exynos 7870 octa-core SoC paired with 2GB RAM and 16GB storage. Galaxy M20 and Galaxy M30 are powered by the Exynos 7904 octa-core SoC. The difference between the two is the storage and RAM variants. Whereas Galaxy M30 comes with 4GB/6GB RAM and 64GB/128GB storage options. Galaxy M10 is powered with 3,400mAh battery and charges over microUSB port. The Galaxy M20 and M30, has 5,000mAh battery with support for fast charging over USB Type-C port.
Camera:
The M series smartphones come with at least two cameras at the back in which one has an ultra wide angle lens. Galaxy M10 and M20 come with 13-megapixel sensor with regular lens and a second 5-megapixel sensor ultra wide angle lens. Whereas, M10 comes with a 5-megapixel selfie snapper, whereas the Galaxy M20 gets a bump to 8-megapixel sensor. Galaxy M30, has a triple rear camera setup with the primary sensor is of 13-megapixel resolution and second is 5-megapixel sensor with ultra wide angle lens, and third is 5-megapixel depth sensor. It has 16-megapixel selfie snapper.
