South Korean technology giant Samsung is set to hold an event on Wednesday where it is likely to launch Samsung Galaxy A90, along with another device. The smartphone is rumoured to feature a pop-up rotating camera technology and a large bezel-less display. The global launch termed as “A Galaxy Event”, will be organised in Bangkok, Milan, and Sao Paulo on April 10. It is expected to witness the arrival of a new smartphone but the company has not mentioned what product would be announced.

The new Samsung smartphone has been the talk of the town, and is rumoured to be the device from the Korean firm to have an all-screen, bezel-less display. A render video has leaked a few specifications of it, and through a post it was uploaded on Weibo, stating that A90 would feature a 6.7-inch Full HD+ OLED screen. The device would go all-screen with a truly Infinity display, and the post further stated that the Galaxy A90 would have a ‘pop-up rotary design’. 

Notably, a new render video shows that the new Samsung Galaxy device would feature a slider design, dual-facing camera, while the primary sensor would house a 48MP f/2.0 lens coupled with an 8MP f/2.4 sensor and a Time of Flight sensor. Leakster IceUniverse has confirmed a render image based on the leaks by calling it ‘almost completely correct’.

 

Galaxy A90 smartphone's processor is likely to be called Snapdragon 712, and it would be paired with 6GB or 8GB RAM. The new device is expected to house a smaller 3700 mAh battery compared to the Galaxy A10, A30, and A50 with support for 25W fast charging. '
