In a price sensitive market like India, buying decisions are made on the basis on how much you have to spend on a smartphone. Realme has placed the X2 Pro in between Redmi K20 Pro and OnePlus 7T. Realme X2 Pro price in India starts at Rs 29,999 for 8GB + 128GB model, while the 12GB + 256GB variant has been priced at Rs 33,999. The company has also launched a Master Edition of the device in single 12GB + 256GB configuration priced at Rs 34,999.

Redmi K20 Pro is available at starting price of Rs 25,999 for the 6GB + 128G variant, while the 8GB+128GB model currently costs Rs 30,999 in India. OnePlus 7T price in the country starts at Rs 37,999 for the  8GB + 128GB option, whereas the 8GB + 256GB model is currently retailing at Rs 39,999.

The Realme X2 Pro features a 6.5-inch full-HD+ (1080x2400 pixels) Super AMOLED Fluid display with 20:9 aspect ratio and 90Hz refresh rate. It is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5 and powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Plus chipset. It has four cameras at the back with 64-megapixel Samsung ISOCELL Bright GW1 primary sensor. It is assisted by a 13-megapixel telephoto lens with an f/2.5 aperture, an 8-megapixel wide-angle snapper with a 115-degree field of view, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. There is a 16-megapixel Sony IMX471 camera sensor at the front with an f/2.0 lens for selfies. Realme X2 Pro packs a 4000 mAh battery which comes with 50W VOOC fast charging technology that claims to juice up the device from 0 to 100 in 35 minutes.

The Redmi K20 Pro features a 6.39-inch AMOLED full-HD+ (1080x2340 pixels) display with 19.5:9 aspect ratio and 60Hz refresh rate. It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor and features a triple rear camera setup led by a 48-megapixel Sony IMX586 primary. It is assisted by a 13-megapixel wide-angle camera with a 124.8-degree field of view, and an 8-megapixel telephoto lens sensor with an f/2.4 lens and 2x optical zoom support. The Redmi K20 Pro comes equipped in a 20-megapixel selfie camera housed in a pop-up module. It packs a 4,000mAh battery that supports 27W fast charging.

OnePlus 7T, on the other hand, comes with a 6.55-inch full-HD+ (1080x2400 pixels) Fluid AMOLED display with a 20:9 aspect ratio and 90Hz refresh rate. It has a peak brightness of 1,000 nits and is powered by Snapdragon 855+ SoC. OnePlus 7T's rear camera module is led by a 48-megapixel Sony IMX586 sensor, accompanied by a 12-megapixel telephoto lens with 2x optical zoom support and an f/2.2 aperture, and 16-megapixel ultra-wide angle camera with a 117-degree field of view and an f/2.2 aperture. The OnePlus offering features a 16-megapixel Sony IMX471 sensor as its selfie camera. OnePlus 7T packs a 3,800mAh battery that supports the proprietary Warp Charge 30T fast charging technology.

Realme X2 Pro vs Redmi K20 Pro vs OnePlus 7T - Which is better?

One paper, Realme X2 Pro seems way ahead of competition with its quad camera setup and super fast charging technology. However, we are yet to use the device and will give a verdict on its performance in our full review. As far as the other two smartphones go, while Redmi K20 Pro is a highly attractive option at that price point, OnePlus 7T's refreshing design makes it a good buy.
