Pre-order for Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, Redmi 4A to be available today; here's what you need to know
Xiaomi begins pre-orders for the Redmi Note 4 and Redmi 4A today on its official website. Here are some of the things you need to keep in mind while going in for a pre-order.

Xiaomi on Friday will make pre-orders for the Redmi Note 4 and Redmi 4A available on its official website, Mi.com. The company has started the pre-order system back in March as many potential buyers were missing out on the flash sales and gives them a guaranteed way to purchase the smartphones without any hassles.
Pre-ordering the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 and Xiaomi Redmi 4A from Mi.com will mean that you will have to pay the full price of the smartphone online. You will then get the smartphone shipped within five days. In the pre-ordering option there is no option for cash on delivery.
In pre-ordering you can also cancel your purchase of the smartphone before it is shipped. Xiaomi has also placed a limit of only one smartphone per pre-order. For the pre-order of two smartphones by a person it will begin on Friday at 12pm.

Launched in January the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 comes in three variants, ie the 2GB RAM with 32 GB internal storage variant priced at Rs 9,999, the 3GB RAM with 32GB internal storage variant priced at Rs 10,999 and the 4GB RAM with 64GB internal variant priced at Rs 12,999.
The other features of the smartphone include 5.5 inch full HD display with 2.5D curved glass IPS display, Snapdragon 625 SoC processor, 4100mAh battery and runs on MIUI 8 based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
In terms of its cameras, it has a 13 megapixel rear camera with a f/2.0 aperture and 77-degree wide angle lens. The front camera on the other hand has a 5 megapixel CMOS sensor with an 85-degree angle lens.
It has expandable storage available up to 128GB via microSD cards.
The Xiaomi, Redmi 4A launched in March, retails for Rs 5,999 and has seen tremendous interest from users from its previous sales. It comes with a Snapdragon 425 64-bit quad-core processor and a 3120mAh battery.
The phone weighs 131.5 grams as has a matte finish on its exterior. It has a 2GB RAM and comes with 16GB internal storage that is expandable up to 128GB via microSD card.
Xiaomi Redmi 4A has a 5 inch HD display and runs on its latest MIUI 8 operating system built over Google's Android.
The phone supports 4G VoLTE, is a dual SIM and has a 13 MP rear camera.
