Portronics has introduced the Pico 13, a portable 4K Ultra HD (UHD) DLP projector that can be carried to office off-sites, vacations and family camping trips. It packs a 3500 lumens lamp and the company claims that the projector has a long-lasting rechargeable battery.

This rechargeable, DLP-backed - Pico 13 beams allow users to watch their favourite content from as close as 1.3m to as far as 3.0 m from a wall. The projector casts a 20-inch screen when placed 0.5m away from a wall surface. Moving it to 1.8m increases the screen size to 70 inches, and at 3.0m, it expands to an impressive 120 inches, turning it into an immersive cinematic experience.

"Setup is hassle-free; controls on the projector allow users to configure output to their preferences. The Pico 13 comes with auto key vertical keystone correction, making it easier to project the screen size without any distortions on the desired wall surface. Besides, adjusting the focus wheel on the portable projector allows users to get a sharper, clearer image," the company said in a release.

The Pico 13 also comes with built-in 10-watt speakers—ideal for small rooms. In larger settings, users can utilize the AUX port or built-in Bluetooth to connect to an external audio source for enhanced sound quality.

This smart projector runs on the Android OS and comes pre-installed with popular streaming apps like Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+ Hotstar, and more. "Users can enhance their experience by utilizing the screen mirroring feature to display content from their smartphone onto the television," the company said.

The Pico 13 also features an HDMI to connect to a larger display and some USB ports for external storage. A Type-C port is also provided and used to power up Pico 13 back into action through fast charging for a long-lasting DLP projection experience. 

The Portronics Pico 13 is available for purchase at an introductory price of just Rs 31,499 on the company's official website, backed by a 12-month warranty.
