Poco has emerged as the fastest-growing brand in the online channel with a remarkable 68 per cent year-on-year (YoY) growth. The smartphone manufacturer registered the growth despite the market experiencing a significant decline of 10 per cent growth as validated by Canalys.

"Poco India's strategically implemented several initiatives, a consumer-focused approach and dedication to delivering exceptional value products resulted in an impressive 60% repeat purchase rate among its loyal customer base. Poco India also introduced enticing loyalty programs that have received great traction amongst youth, establishing strong brand loyalty," the company said in a release. 

According to Poco, it has also achieved the status of the number-one brand in the online channel and on Flipkart for the first quarter of 2023. Meanwhile, Poco X5 Pro continues to emerge as the highest-selling model on the platform.

Recently, Poco signed Indian cricketer Hardik Pandya as its first brand ambassador. "This collaboration enabled Poco to extend its reach to a wider audience, amplify brand visibility, and generate compelling and authentic content that deeply connected with consumers," the company said. 

Meanwhile, Poco recently added a new device -  Poco F5 5G - to its flagship F Series portfolio. The F Series was first launched in 2018. Poco F5 5G is the first smartphone to debut with Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2, the most powerful Snapdragon 7-series ever - in India. 

Poco F5 5G measures 161.11mm x 74.95mm x 7.98mm and weighs 181g. It also features a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 on the front provides. Moreover, the smartphone has an IP53 rating and includes an infrared blaster.

It is available exclusively on Flipkart in three colours: Carbon Black, Snowstorm White, and Electric Blue. It comes in two RAM and storage variants - 8+256GB and 12+256GB and is priced at Rs 29,999 and Rs 33,999 respectively.
