Oppo F11 Pro was launched in India on Wednesday afternoon, days after the smartphone manufacturer had introduced the budget-friendly Oppo K1 in the country. Priced at Rs 24,990, Oppo F11 Pro joins Redmi Note 7 Pro and Honor View 20 to offer a 48-megapixel camera in India. It uses the same Sony IMX586 sensor which Xiaomi has used for its recently launched Redmi Note 7 Pro. It is also Oppo's first smartphone to get rid of the notch and have a completely fullscreen display. It is Oppo's second device after Oppo FindX to get a mechanical sliding camera.

Oppo F11 Pro price and availability

Oppo F11 has been introduced in India in two colour variants: Thunder Black and Aurora Green. It has been priced at Rs 24,990 and will go on sale from March 15 on Flipkart and via offline stores. The pre-orders have started on Wednesday. The company has also launched Oppo F11 in India which comes with 4GB RAM, 128GB of internal storage and has been priced at Rs 19,990.

Oppo F11 Pro features and specifications

Oppo F11 Pro comes with a 6.5-inch full HD+ display and an IPS LCD screen with no notch and thin bezels around. It runs on MediaTek Helio P70 chipset with AI optimisations. The phone has been introduced in just one variant: 6GB RAM and 64GB storage. 

It has a 48-megapixel + 5-megapixel dual camera setup at the back. On the front, Oppo F11 Pro gets a 16-megapixel selfie camera. Oppo has also introduced a built-in safety mechanism for the sliding camera system. The device uses the sensors to detect the drop and quickly closes the front camera to protect it from absorbing the shock and preventing possible damage.

It is powered by a 4000mAh battery with 20W VOOC 3.0 fast charging.
