Nothing Phone 2 launch: Nothing is all set to launch its next smartphone - Nothing Phone (2). The company, founded by Carl Pei, has also officially declared the date for the launch in India and globally. Ahead of the scheduled launch, the company has been sharing details about the upcoming devices. While we already know about the processor, display size and some other details of the smartphone, CEO Carl Pei has now revealed details about the USB Type-C charging cable.

The London-based tech company is known for providing see-through design in its products like smartphones and earbuds. It is now set to provide a see-through aesthetic in charging cable. 

"Man our new USB Type-C cable is *nice*" Pei tweeted while sharing the image of the charging cable. 

The Type-C cable has a see-through middle part with Nothing branding inside. While this is not a big change, it is definitely a clear message by Nothing that it will continue to do everything to break the monotony.

Nothing Phone 2 Launch Date and Time

Nothing also confirmed that the smartphone, which is expected to be a flagship-level phone, will be launched in an online event. 

"Nothing will be launching its next flagship device, Phone (2), on July 11 at 8.30 PM IST," the company said in an email.

Nothing Phone 2 Launch Date: Specifications

There are certain features that have already been confirmed by the company. Carl Pei, founder of Nothing, has already confirmed that Nothing Phone (2) will be using Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset. While this is not the best and latest chipset available in the market, but definitely very capable. 

The Nothing Phone (2) will come 6.7-inch screen and a 4,700mAh battery too. The device will get three years of Android OS upgrades and four years of security patches. According to the company, the latest Nothing OS build will offer a faster experience and more features to users. However, there are no words on camera sensors and charging details. 

While the company has confirmed that the Nothing Phone (2) will have premium features, there is no information about the price of the device. It is expected that Nothing Phone (2) will be priced in the range of Rs 40,000 to Rs 50,000.
