Nothing launches first exclusive customer service centre in Bengaluru, aims to expand to 35 by 2025
The new service centre will provide customers with a more interactive and engaging experience while offering the support of expert technicians.
Nothing, a London-based consumer tech brand, has launched its first ‘exclusive customer service centre’ in Bengaluru. According to Nothing, the inauguration of the service centre demonstrates its commitment to provide enhanced customer accessibility and ensure top-notch after-sales support.
The new service centre will provide customers with a more interactive and engaging experience while offering the support of expert technicians. With an on-ground service centre in place, Nothing plans to optimise the product's service and maintenance by reducing repair and waiting times and providing the customer with the utmost assistance.
According to the company, it has expanded its services to various regions and its coverage of service centres from 230 to over 300, serving 19000 pin codes across the country. Additionally, the company has increased its customer service team by 50 per cent.

The Exclusive Service Centre will be hosting service camps for Nothing customers on the second and fourth Saturdays of the month, host technology workshops and showcase the newest Nothing product launches. The Exclusive Service Center promises 2 hours of resolution time, a stand-by smartphone for any delays, and special offers on part replacement & labour charges.
Nothing India is also planning to expand its network of service centres in four additional cities - Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Hyderabad - 20 service centres by 2024 and 35 service centres by 2025. These centres will provide customers across India with unparalleled support, ensuring that Nothing’s products deliver outstanding performance.
