Xu Qi Chase, Vice president of Realme, recently shared some details about the flagship smartphone on a social media platform. According to Chase, the smartphone will feature an iPhone 16-like camera control capture button following Apple’s lead innovation.

Apple recently unveiled its iPhone 16 series packed with one of the significant updates; an addition of the new Camera Control button. It is a solid-state and pressure-sensitive button that can autofocus with light pressure and capture images with hard pressure. It has been reported that this capture button innovation will be included in many future models of Realme, however, the Realme GT 7 Pro will be the first handset to feature this technology.

Some reports suggest that Oppo’s forthcoming Find X8 series might as well be packed with a similar pressure-sensitive button. The officials of Realme have indicated that the GT 7 Pro will be unveiled earlier than the Realme GT 5 Pro, apparently in November 2024 in China. The vice president of the company has revealed via a post on social media that its flagship smartphone the Realme GT 7 Pro will be unveiled in India this year itself. With an expected launch of the handset in November for the Chinese market, it appears that the GT 7 Pro is like to debut in the global market in December. The company supposedly has plans to unveil the GT 7 Pro as the world’s first Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 smartphone.
