Motorola launches Moto G5S, Moto G5S Plus launches in India price starting at Rs 13,999
The new Moto G5S smartphones are one of the upgraded the Moto G5 smartphones to be launched in India.

Lenovo-owned smartphone brand Motorola launched its Moto G5S and Moto G5S Plus smartphones in India priced at Rs 13,999 and Rs 15,999, respectively. The smartphones will be available exclusively on Amazon and will go on sale starting 11:59 pm tonight.
In terms of the specifications, the Moto G5S comes with a dual camera setup. This is the first Moto G smartphone to have this feature and is one of the key features of this smartphone.
While at the back it has two 13 megapixel cameras, in the front it has a 8 megapixel camera with LED flash.
It comes with Android 7.1.1 Nougat and features a 5.5 inch full HD resolution display. The smartphone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor and comes with a 4GB RAM with 64 GB internal memory option. It is expandable up to 128GB via microSD card slot.
The Moto G5S is equipped with a 3000 mAh battery and it supports TurboPower feature. This means that the company can give six hours of battery life in just 15 minutes of charging.
It also comes with a fingerprint scanner in the G5S Plus, that can be used to make payments.
The Moto G5S, on the other hand, features a smaller 5.2 inch full HD display. It has an octa-core 1.4 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 one coupled with 3GB RAM and 32 GB internal storage. The storage is expandable up to 128GB via microSD card slot.
Moto G5S has a 16 megapixel rear camera on-board with PDAF and a 5 megapixel front camera with LED flash. It has the same 3000mAh battery with TurboCharge feature.
While both the smartphones come with water-repellent nano coating, the devices are not water-resistant.
As part of the launch offer the company is offering extra Rs 1,000 off on exchanging an old Motorola smartphone for this. Added to this no EMI costs on all credit cards, Moto Sports headphones at Rs 499, 80% off on Amazon Kindle app (up to Rs 300 maximum), and 50 GB additional 4G data from Reliance Jio.
In the meanwhile, Motorola has cut the prices of the Moto G5 Plus 4GB RAM and 32 GB storage variant for Rs 14,999.
