Lava Blaze X 5G launch date announced – Check expected features and specifications

Lava Blaze X 5G Launch Date: Homegrown smartphone manufacturer Lava is set to unveil its latest 5G smartphone - the Lava Blaze X 5G. Taking to social media, the company announced that the launch will take place on July 10 at 12 PM IST. While Lava has released several teasers online, it also has its own microsite on Amazon specifically dedicated for the Lava Blaze X5G. The smartphone will be available for purchase on Amazon between July 20 and July 21, likely coinciding with its Prime Day sales. 

The latest teasers suggest that the device will feature a circular camera module, encompassing a 64-megapixel camera, complemented by a secondary camera and an LED flash. It is going to have up to 16GB RAM, which includes 8GB physical RAM along with the feature of adding 8GB of virtual RAM. 

Another notable addition is the presence of a curved display featuring a with a hole-punch cutout meant for the front camera. The Lava Blaze X5G is likely to feature power and volume buttons on the right side, while the SIM tray, speaker grill and USB Type-C port can be located at the bottom. It will be packed with a 5000mAh battery with a 33W charging support. The company aims elevate the software experience as the smartphone is likely to run on Android 14. 

Notably, Lava has already launched Blaze Curve, Blaze 2, and Baze 2 Pro, and the Lava Blaze X5G is poised to be the latest in the Blaze series. 

In other news related to Lava, reports suggest that it has emerged as the fastest-growing smartphone brand in the Rs 10,000 - Rs 20,000 segment in the country for the year 2023 and Q4 2023. The report highlighted that it registered a remarkable growth of 213 per cent, consolidating its position as the fastest-growing brand in the budget segment.
