The rectangular shaped Home button is located below the display which will double as a fingerprint scanner.

Moto does not seem to have strayed from design tradition as its camera lens at the back of the phone is situated at the top centre of the smartphone. The power button, and the volume rocker are located on the right side.

Moto G5 has been recently certified by the US regulatory agency FCC.

A report by the BGR said that the FCC report revealed that the smartphone will be powered by a 3,000mAh battery accompanied by Turbo Charging support and added that it is expected to come with 3GB of RAM and onboard storage of 16GB.

Media reports suggested that the Moto G5 Plus would have Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 625 processor clocked at 2GHz and paired with Adreno 506 GPU.

Moto G5 Plus could potentially be priced at approximately $300 or Rs 20,400 and could make its way into the Indian markets by March, the BGR report said.
