The smartphone is expected to include an IP68-rated build for dust and water resistance. The leaks suggest that the device might feature an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor. Nonetheless, the iQOO 13 might be reduced to 100W wired charging support unlike its predecessor the iQOO 12, which was released last November and equipped with 120W wired charging assistance.

Furthermore, the iQOO 13 will also feature Power Delivery (PD) charging support. The forthcoming smartphone is expected to come with USB-C to USB-C cable just like the Vivo X100 series. Additionally, the leaks reveal that the display screen is estimated to be an improved panel as compared to the BOE X2 Oriental screen. Consumers might also witness that the upcoming smartphone will feature an updated IP68 design packed with a USB 3.0 port for improved data transfer.

Furthermore, the iQOO 13 is expected to have a 6.7-inch AMOLED display screen with 2K resolution equipped with a refresh rate of 144Hz. Apart from these specifications, the device is supported by the forthcoming Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 SoC with up to 16GB RAM and 512GB memory. Reports suggest that the new device will be loaded with a powerful and massive 6,150mAh battery for improved endurance.
