iPhone 17 features leaked ahead of iPhone 16 launch: Check expected specifications

iPhone 17 features leakedThe release of Apple’s iPhone 16 is just a couple of months away however speculations are rife about the tech giant’s flagship iPhone 17 which is expected to release next year. An unofficial leak has suggested a hypothetical appearance of Apple’s forthcoming iPhone range in 2025. 

As per the leak, the iPhone 17 might have a few major changes including the addition of a brand new high-end slim handset model and the possibility of an extension of ProMotion tools. The most prominent buzz is about the termination of Apple’s iPhone Plus collection. 

The recent leak asserts that the tech firm will bring a “Slim” handset model placed above the iPhone 17 Pro Max. The iPhone 17 is expected to have a 6.65-inch display screen, sliding between the Pro and Pro Max in size. The phone is predicted to be priced around $1,299, supposedly making this handset Apple’s most expensive iPhone to date.

As per the rumours, the iPhone 17 collection will have another significant inclusion of LTPO displays. This upgrade will help enable ProMotion technology for all models, providing smoother visuals alongside an adjustable refresh rate of up to 120Hz. 

Earlier, this technology was exclusively given in Pro devices, however, now ProMotion technology appears to be a major upgrade for the regular iPhone 17 lineup. The new leak suggests that the iPhone 17 pro handsets might have 12GB memory storage, a robust triple-lens camera layout along with 48-megapixel sensors, and the advanced A19 Pro chipset. 

The standard iPhone 17 is predicted to be paired with a distinct A19 processor, however, information regarding its camera and other features is still uncertain. If rumours are to be believed “Slim” handset model might feature a dual-lens shooter and an aluminium frame. 

Although these leaks offer a tempting preview of Apple’s upcoming iPhone 17 lineup, it is essential to know they have yet not been confirmed by any official channel. As per the report, the company might launch the official iPhone 17 range in September 2025.
