Indian smartphone company Intex on Friday launched the Intex Aqua Trend Lite smartphone. The smartphone priced at Rs 5,690 is a cheaper variant of the Intex Aqua Trend smartphone which was launched in August 2015. The smartphone comes with 4G VoLTE support and comes with a 1.5W in-built speaker.

The speaker is the biggest highlight of the smartphone and promises good sound quality and volume. Some of the other specifications include Android 6.0 Marshmallow and support dual-SIM functionality. Besides this, it has a 5 inch FWVGA TN display, 1.2GHz MediaTek MT6737M quad-core processor, 1GB RAM and 8GB internal storage with 128GB extendable memory via microSD.

Index Aqua Trend Lite has a 5 megapixel rear camera with dual-LED flash and a 2 megapixel selfie camera with a LED flash as well. It has a 2600mAh battery that the company claims can deliver up to 200 hours of standby time and 8 hours of talk time.
