Infinix Hot 7 Pro launched in India under Rs 10,000 with four cameras, 4000mAh battery, 6GB Ram and much more

With live streaming, movies, games, internet surfing and much more, users today use their smartphones for almost everything. Each user has different requirements, which allows smartphone manufacturers to design phones accordingly. Infinix, a smartphone brand from Transsion Holdings, has launched the Hot 7 Pro, an all-round ‘entertainment’ focused smartphone with features at Rs 10k category. It features a category first 6+64 GB RAM+ROM combination and also has a large 6.19” HD+ Notch display, a 4000mAh battery, and a 13MP f1.8 +2MP Rear and 13+2MP front camera setup with LED flashlight. The phone will be available on Flipkart in colors of Midnight Black and Aqua Blue at Rs 9,999. 

Commenting on the launch, Anish Kapoor, CEO, Infinix India, said, “Hot7Pro is the designated ‘entertainment’ all-rounder in Infinix’s product ecosystem. With Hot 7 Pro, we have achieved the perfect balance between making a phone truly feature-rich and oriented for the young user without compromising on the price aspect. While already priced conveniently, users can expect an even sweeter deal through a launch offer from 17th-21st June, which brings the price further down to Rs 8,999.

The Hot 7 Pro has a 6GB+64GB RAM+ROM combination, first in the sub 10k category. Further, it is designed to offer an optimized multi-media experience, catering to the entertainment to users. According to a recent report by the Confederation of Indian Industries (CII) and the Boston Consulting Group, we consume more than 190 minutes of video content per user per day, total consumption growing at 8% annually!

Looks and display: Hot 7 Pro features a premium metal Unibody design and has a sleek body with a width of 7.9 mm and 2.5D Curved Glass display that enhances the 6.19” of solid HD+ display further. The back cover is tapered which gives the phone an elegant finish while making it comfortable to handle.

Camera: The Hot7Pro has an AI-enabled Dual Rear Camera (13MP (f1.8) + 2MP) has an Auto Scene detection with 8 scene modes, including AI Portrait, AI HDR, AI Beauty, AI Bokeh, Night, Sports, Blue Sky and Text. The Front Camera (>13MP (f2.0) + 2MP,) is equipped with AI Portrait, AI Beauty mode for customized image enhancement according to the user’s facial profiles.  

Performance: The Hot 7 Pro comes with 6GB RAM for a lag-free and immersive multimedia experience. It has a 4000mAh battery and a MediaTek Helio P-22 processor that is ideal for phones with AI-powered functions. To enhance the experience while watching movies, listening to music or playing games, Hot 7 Pro features a unique Dirac Stereo Widening technology, which depth to the sound of a small speaker by extending the sound beyond the speakers.

Infinix has already introduced a range of smartphone devices in India like Smart 3 Plus, and S4, which have received decent recognition from the users in the sub 7k and 9k price category respectively. While Smart 3 Plus introduced AI-equipped Triple Rear Camera in its segment, the S4 showcases a 32 MP selfie camera with a 120° wide angle lens to allow for wider screen space while capturing group pictures.
