Infinix Hot 40i to be India’s first smartphone in segment to have 32MP selfie camera

Infinix is set to launch its next smartphone - the Hot 40i. As per reports, this is going to be the first smartphone in its segment to have a 32 MP selfie camera.
The Infinix Hot 40i is expected to come with a 6.6HD+ punch-hole display with a 90Hz of refresh rate. It will also have the Smart Magic Ring, a multifunctional feature housing capabilities like face unlock, background call, charging animation, charge reminder, and low battery reminder.

Meanwhile, the company has launched a new variant of the Infinix Smart 8 smartphone. Priced at Rs 7,999, the new variant comes with up to 16 GB RAM (8GB + 8GB Virtual RAM) coupled with a 128GB ROM.
Along with the 128 GB memory, the Smart 8 features a 50-megapixel dual AI camera with a quad LED ring flash and 8+ modes including Full HD Video Recording, Slow-mo, smart AI cam mode etc. ensuring every shot is a masterpiece.
It has an 8-megapixel front camera with LED flash.
The Smart 8 has a punch hole display, 90Hz refresh rate, 6.6-inch screen, 90.8 per cent screen-to-body ratio, 500nits peak brightness, and HD+ resolution.
It is powered by MediaTek's Helio G36 Octa-Core Processor. Running on Android 13 Go, the device is available in Blue, Gold, Black, and White. The smartphone has a 5000mAh battery with Type-C charging.
