Taiwanese Smartphone maker HTC has launched its Desire series in India consisting of Desire 12 and Desire 12+ smartphones. Desire 12 and Desire 12+ phones were launched globally in March. Price of Desire 12 is Rs 15,800 and Desire 12+ will be sold at Rs 19,790 at HTC e-store. Pre-orders of handset will start from Thursday. Apart from RAM and memory, global and Indian variants of Desire 12 and Desire 12+ are the same.
HTC Desire 12+ boasts of HTC's biggest 6-inch display in the Desire series, along with a 5.5-inch display on HTC Desire 12, you will be surprised how elegantly they both fit in your hand. The modern and sleek design exhibits the beauty of the U series with the liquid surface wrapped around the most compact and lightweight 18:9 phones the company ever made.
Dual rear cameras only available on the HTC Desire 12+ and HTC Desire 12 has a single 13MP rear camera. The dual cameras on HTC Desire 12+ capture multiple focal points simultaneously allowing users to refocus photographs after they are taken or add a bokeh effect. The phone has 3GB RAM with 32GB storage. These two handsets designs are similar to HTC’s flagship U12+. The Desire series handsets have an acrylic liquid glass back. There is a microSD card slot and the phones come with Android 8.0 Oreo out of the box.
