HP has announced the commencement of pre-booking in India for its upcoming laptops - the HP EliteBook Ultra and the HP OmniBook X - which are set to bring new AI features to PCs. While the HP EliteBook Ultra AI PC is targeted towards enterprises, public sector organizations and government departments, the HP OmniBook X AI PC is built for retail consumers, with a special focus on creators and freelancers.

Key features of HP EliteBook Ultra and HP OmniBook X

Both the PCs are built on the ARM architecture and are powered by the Snapdragon X Elite processor with a dedicated Neural Processing Unit (NPU) that is capable of 45 trillion operations per second (TOPS). To ensure easy use for professionals and freelancers, HP claims that these laptops will feature the thinnest design in their class and offer up to 26 hours of battery life. 

The laptops will feature the HP AI Companion which uses AI to optimize performance and bring powerful AI tools locally onto the device. The PCs are expected to be equipped with the Poly Camera Pro which will enhance virtual interactions with AI features like Spotlight and Auto Framing, ensuring efficient performance and extended battery life. 

With the advances in AI, security measures have also been installed into the PCs. The HP EliteBook Ultra includes Wolf Pro Security Next Gen Antivirus (NGAV) that uses machine learning to protect against evolving threats. 

The company has claimed that both HP EliteBook Ultra and HP OmniBook X AI PCs are part of the world’s most sustainable PC portfolio.

How to pre-book HP EliteBook Ultra and HP OmniBook X?

HP EliteBook Ultra is priced at Rs 1,69,934. Customers can pre-book the Elitebook Ultra either through HP partners or via the HP Online Store.

HP OmniBook X is priced at Rs 1,39,999. Consumers can pre-book the OmniBook X via HP World stores, HP Online store, Reliance Digital, Croma and Vijay Sales.
