Gionee to launch A1, A1 Plus smartphones today; here are the specs, price

Gionee is all set to launch the A1 smartphone in India on Tuesday at 12 pm in New Delhi. The smartphone was unveiled alongside the Gionee A1 Plus at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2017. Gionee is live streaming the launch of the smartphones.
The smartphone is the first in the company's new A-series of smartphones – meant to deliver long-battery life and superior selfie photo quality.
The Gionee A1 smartphone has specifications such as a 4010mAh battery, and the company is showcasing its new 18W 'ultrafast charging' capability that charges batteries fully within 2 hours. It has a 16 megapixel front camera and a 13 megapixel rear camera. It runs on Android 7.0 Nougat and is a dual-SIM smartphone.
In terms of its display it has a 5 inch full HD display and is powered by a MediaTek Helio P10 SoC processor. It also has a 64 GB inbuilt storage and is expandable via microSD card (up to 256GB).
The Gionee A1 Plus on the other hand has a 4550mAh battery with the same 18W 'ultrafast charging' capability. It comes with a 20 megapixel front camera and has dual rear cameras with 13 megapixel and 5 megapixel sensors.
It has a much larger 6 inch full HD display and runs on a MediaTek Helio P25 SoC with 4GB RAM. It offers standard connectivity options including 4G and comes with 64GB inbuilt storage that is expandable via microSD card up to 256GB.
At its launch during MWC 2017, Gionee priced the A1 at EUR 349 (around Rs 24,600), while the Gionee A1 Plus is priced at EUR 499 (around Rs 35,200).
