Get Moto G5 Plus for just Rs 999 on Flipkart today! Here's how
Not be undone by its rival e-commerce company, Flipkart is offering Rs 16,000 off on its exchange offer.
Lenovo will launch the Moto G5 today in India. While Motorola's Moto G5 Plus which was launched last month was sold exclusively on Flipkart, the smartphone market for now tied up exclusively with Amazon for the sale of the Moto G5.
However, not be undone by its rival e-commerce company, Flipkart is offering Rs 16,000 off on its exchange offer. With this discount the Moto G5 Plus which cost Rs 16,999 will be available for just Rs 999.
However, the exchange offer price varies from the various smartphones being exchanged for it. For instance, the Moto G 2nd generation or 3rd generation phone will only receive around Rs 2,000 discount.

The complete Rs 16,000 discount on the exchange offer was available only on the Google Pixel smartphones.

Even Apple's iPhone 6s Plus received a Rs 12,800 discount on the exchange offer.

This is not the first time Flipkart has offered a huge discounting on smartphones through its exchange offers. During Flipkart's Republic Day sale it offered a 24% discount on the iPhone 6 16GB variant. This brought the price of the smartphone from Rs 36,990 down to Rs 27,990.
Flipkart however further discounted the iPhone 6 to as low as Rs 4,000 by way of an exchange offer. The e-tailer offered a Rs 24000 for old Apple iPhone 6S Plus. The final price of the brand new iPhone 6 after this exchange comes to Rs 4,040.
