Camera brand, Fujifilm, has announced an addition to its instax series, the instax 400, a wide-format analog instant camera which is set to provide easy operation with the lever-operated self-timer helping with group shots. In addition, Fujifilm is also introducing new colours for the renewed instax mini LiPlay.

Key features of instax WIDE 400

As an addition to the Instax series of analog instant cameras, the WIDE 400TM is the successor model to the instax WIDE 300 that was released in 2014. This analog instant camera is designed to be compatible with double-card-sized wide-format film. The camera is supposed to allow shots with a simple turn-on and press the shutter button. The upcoming camera would also allow users to take pictures of large groups, landscapes, and compositions that make the most of the empty spaces in various scenes as much as they want to.

Along with the new launch, the company is also introducing new colours to its instax mini LiPlay hybrid instant camera in the Instax series. The camera will now be available in three new colours – MATCHA GREEN, MISTY WHITE, and DEEP BRONZE in an attempt to stay up to date with the trends. 

Speaking about the launch, Mr. Koji Wada, Managing Director, FUJIFILM India, said, “FUJIFILM India is always striving to come up with unique offerings as per the current trends in order to persuade the Culture of Photography. Through innovative and user-friendly products, we aim to bring joy and convenience to our customers' lives, enhancing their experiences and creating lasting memories that bring smiles to their faces.” 

To complement the launch of the WIDE 400TM, Fujifilm is also introducing a camera case specifically designed to match the colour of the camera. Similarly, the renewed ‘mini LiPlay TM’ cameras are also getting matching colour camera cases.

Availability and price

The WIDE 400 is priced at Rs 18,999 and will be available from June 23 while the mini LiPlay is also priced at Rs 18,999 and will be available from July 19.
