The Flipkart Big Shopping Days sale is going on at full-speed, especially the mobile deals, as there are massive discounts offered on latest launches so much so that they can be bought almost for free. One such phone that can be purchased free, is Asus Zenfone Max Pro 1 which went on flash sale today at around 12 noon. This smartphone was launched in the month of April of this year and it challenges the low-budget smartphone maker Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro which is also a Chinese mobile. Asus Zenfone Max Pro 1 comes in two variant with 3GB+32GB storage priced at Rs Rs 10,999 and the 4GB+64GB option retails for Rs 12,999.

Currently on Flipkart, the higher variant of 4GB is out of stock, however, the 3GB variant is available for purchase. 

On Flipkart, there is an exchange value of up to Rs 10,000 which reduces the value of the 3GB variant to just Rs 999. 

If we see further, there is 10% instant discount given by SBI for making payments using their credit cards. The maximum discount comes up to Rs 1,750. 

In case if you do not hold SBI account or card, then do not be saddened, even private lender HDFC Bank and Axis Bank is giving up to 5% instant discount each on the purchase of this phone. It needs to be noted that, HDFC Bank’s 5% discount is for debit card holder, while the Axis Bank one is for credit card holder. Maximum discount by these two private lender is seen up to Rs 1,500. 

Hence, considering the above discount one can actually purchase Asus Zenfone Max Pro 1 for free. 

Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 sports a 5.99-inch Full HD+ display, which is possibly the best one in this price range. The display also has a 2.5D curved glass on top. The device is powered with Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 SoC and works in tandem with 3GB/4GB of RAM. 

Two storage options are reportedly available for this phone- 32GB, 64GB and there is a dedicated microSD card slot that enables the users to expand the storage.

Coming to the design, the phone reportedly has been given a unimetal body design and runs on a 5000mAh battery. The phone feels light on hands. A 10W charger comes in the retail box with the phone. 

Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 offers dual 4G support and recently picked up Airtel, Idea and Vodafone VoLTE support. It also offers Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, GPS and a micro USB port at the bottom with USB OTG support, as per the report.

There is a 13MP primary camera at the back which is paired with a 5MP depth sensor. On the other hand, an 8MP shooter is present on the front, which also comes with Portrait mode functionality, the report added.
